Matured for a longer period in small French oak casks, St-Remy XO extracts its rich and complex flavour from a selection of French eaux-de-vie, each selected for their ageing potential.

Tasting Notes:

Hints of oak and vanilla on the nose with layers of ripe fruit and honey. Elegant on the palate, with subtle hints of wood and vanilla. Hints of gingerbread, figs, dates, candied apricots and nuts offer subtle spiciness which carries through to a long finish.
