Celtic Marches are committed to producing authentic quality, 100% Herefordshire cider locally at their farm in Bishops Frome, using apple varieties such as Dabinett, Michelin, Harry Masters, Three Counties and Yarlington Mill.

Slack Alice is a medium, well rounded cider made from 100% cider apples on Celtic Marches' Herefordshire farm. It has a glorious golden colour and a crisp apple aroma made possible by a blend of bitter sweet cider apples.
