Please note - This must be purchased in the conjunction with item #285109 Lifetime Adventure Tower from either www.costco.co.uk or from any Costco UK Warehouse to be eligible to utilise this installation service. Please be aware that this service does not include delivery of the item, and is an installation service only.

Your garden area must be flat for installation to take place. 

Take the hassle out of putting together your playcentre with this installation service for Lifetime Adventure Tower. Please note that the recommended obstacle free safety zone to accommodate swinging, slide landing space and running area is 950 x 960 cm.

The Installation will be carried out as follows:

• All installers are fully trained and work to the same specification on every job
• Software is used to manage the entire process both in house and for the customer
• Customer portal – allows the customer to see exactly what is happening from the moment they’re job is created and respond 24 hours a day with notifications coming through to the office and directly to the assigned installer
• Real time upload of images of the jobs and customer notes are stored indefinitely
• Customer walk though of the finished service and product
• Capture of customer signature stating they are happy, again this is uploaded in real time and stored indefinitely
• Generally, the installers carry the most common spare parts on the vans to ensure that they are able to overcome issues that may arise both at the point of build or if a problem arises later
• Assembly dates always booked advance with the customer with the csutomer being contacted 48 hours from purchase
• Installation will take from 12- 18 hours to complete
• Assembly lead time 10 working days as standard

This is an installation service only and does not include delivery of the item. Please ensure that the ground area required is clear and level ready for the installation. The ground must be level otherwise this may cause ground anchors to lift, which therefore may require concreting into the ground (Concreting into the ground is not part of the installation service).
