Virgin Experience Days Junior Skateboarding Coached 1:1 Session with Meal

Become the action sports hero you’ve always wanted to be with this Junior 1:1 Skateboarding Session with Meal.

The day will kick off with a brief tour of the world-class facility as your coach gets you kitted out ahead of your 60 minute skateboarding session. Beginners can pick up the fundamentals in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, whilst more experienced skateboarders can elevate their skills.

Once the session is over, head out for another 60 minutes of free play to practice everything you’ve just learnt or explore one of the many other sports offered. When you’ve worked up an appetite, make your way over to ‘The View’ restaurant for a two-course meal with drinks.

Participant guidelines

• No minimum age.
• Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult. Under 16s must have a waiver filled out by a parent or guardian
• Participants will need to be relatively fit. Please check with your doctor if you have any medical concerns
• If you have a disability or any pre-existing condition you must let the supplier know when making your booking
• You must complete a Graystone Action Sports wavier prior to using the park and we recommend you read through the terms and conditions on the website before arrival 
• Spectators are welcome throughout Graystone and The View Restaurant is open to all

What happens on the day?
Arriving 15 minutes before your activity starts, you’ll be checked in and meet your experienced coach who’ll give you a tour of the park and get you kitted out. Then, it’s time to head out to the park for your 60 minute skateboarding coaching session. When the coached session ends, you’ll take a quick break before heading back out for another 60 minute session either practicing everything you’ve just learnt or trying out one of the many other sports offered. When you’ve worked up an appetite, make your way over to the ‘The View’ restaurant, where you will be served a two-course meal with drinks.

Availability
The experience is available seven days a week throughout the year. Exclusions may apply.

What about the weather?
This experience takes place inside so weather will not affect it!

What should I wear?
When participating, please wear sports clothing and training shoes without a heel or deep sole.

You are more than welcome to bring your own skateboard, pads and helmet. But if you don’t have any of your own equipment, this can be provided for the lesson (please request this when booking).

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
