The volcanic soil and ideal weather create the perfect conditions for this special coffee to thrive. 2,100 feet above sea level, kissed by the gentle warm trade winds and misty rains, is the Mamalahoa coffee Estate. Here among the trees and birds, special Arabica Typica coffee trees planted in the rich, rocky volcanic soil all combine to create one of the most unique coffees in the world.
Roasted slowly to their highest flavour point, the beans are then quickly packed warm from the roaster for optimum freshness. The special one way valve on the front of the bag lets fresh roasted gasses out without allowing any oxygen back in. This ensures the coffee remains fresh and full of flavour.
