Combining tequila with strawberry cream, tequila rose was a trailblazer, being the first drink of its kind to pair cream with anything other than Irish whiskey. ¼ Cantaloupe melon
20ml Crystallised ginger syrup
Half spoon Ground cinnamon
15ml Maple syrup

Method: Muddle ingredients and add to a cocktail shaker; Shake & strain into a Martini glass and garnish with crystallised ginger.
