Schwartz Ground Cinnamon is a warm, sweet aromatic spice, with hints of clove and citrus. Well suited to desserts and baking, it also adds richness to Moroccan and Indian dishes. For Lamb Kofka kebabs, mix minced lamb with cumin, coriander, chilli and Cinnamon. Cook Cinnamon with fresh blackberries, sugar, red wine vinegar, nutmeg and allspice and use as a delicious fruity sauce for lamb, venison or duck.
