Garofalo Fusilli Lunghi Pasta is a long corkscrew shaped speciality Pasta from Campania. This classic spiral shapes lets sauce flow between the curves. Garofalo wheat Pasta is made with only robust durum wheat and local spring water. The shapes are bronze drawn to give a slightly rough porous surface which allows sauces to cling to. Garofalo durum wheat Pasta is suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.
