Larnaudie Excellence Duck Confit are duck legs cooked in duck fat for an hour and a half delivering tender and tasty meat. Gently take the legs out of their container and place them in a dish. Remove as much fat as possible. Heat in the oven for 15 minutes at 150°C skin side up to get a beautiful golden colour. Ideally accompanied by sautéed potatoes and some vegetables to complete your recipe.
