Sainte Lucie Vanilla Pods, 50g

Sainte Lucie Bourbon Vanilla Pods are from Madagascar with a rich vanilla flavour, ideal for baking and flavouring tea or coffee. Slice the pod in two, and leave to steep in your hot milk mixture. Scrape out the seeds and mix them into the milk. Use 1 bean for up to 2L in preparation.

Storage Conditions: Store this product at room temperature in a dry and dark place. Close correctly after opening. The frost or white crystals, which can be present on the vanilla, naturally come from the pod. They do not aect the organoleptic qualities of the pod. Crystals disappear when the pod is in a hot environment.
