This speciality pork pie is one of Topping's oldest recipes dating back over 100 years. Made with prime British pork pie meat, with layers of succulent chicken breast, topped with a delicious onion & sage stuffing all cradled in delicious hot water pastry crust.

A savoury favourite with all the charm and flavour of a traditional pork pie but with a twist. Delicious with red onion relish, or for the purists, a good mustard and a glass of port or a good dark ale.

• Serves 12-15 portions based off 150g serving

 Serving Suggestion: Before serving take out of the vacuum bag and stand for 5 minutes in a cool place to dry out and crisp up.

Storage: Keep refrigerated between 0-4oC.  Consume within 7 days.

Suitable for home freezing. Freeze in a thick freezer bag with all air removed before freezing. To defrost, remove all packaging and place on a cooling rack (not on a plate or the pastry will have a soggy bottom), cover and put in a cool dry place preferably overnight until fully defrosted and placed in the refrigerator.
