The Goldstein family started smoking salmon in 1911 and is arguably one of the oldest established family of salmon curers. Through four generations, Goldstein has developed what they consider to be the finest product on the market today.

The Hot Smoked Salmon is cold smoked with our own traditional cure and then roasted in our kilns to perfection, producing a deep flavour.
