The cattle used for these joints spend their days in the North Yorkshire Moors, grazing as they please and enjoying the fresh air.

Taste Tradition's rare and traditional breed cattle are reared using old-fashioned methods which allow the flavour to grow into the meat. These breeds carry additional fat which helps to infuse moisture and offer a distinctive flavour into the meat whilst it cooks.

This joint is cut from the forequarter and is ideal for slow cooking and pulling.

Serving: Serves up to 24 people based of a 270g serving.

Storage: Minimum shelf life of 9 days. Suitable for home freezing.
