Taken only from rare or traditional breeds, Taste Tradition's T-Bone steaks are cut from a sirlion on the bone (which comprises the fillet and the sirlion) that has been aged for a minimum of 21 days to give a fuller flavour. 

Based in the North York Moors National Park, Taste Tradition are experts in rare & traditional breeds with a high focus on animal welfare and traditional farming. These breeds traditionally take longer to mature and require extensive farming, but the result is an improved quality of flavour and texture of the meat when compared to intensive or commercial rearing. These steaks are ideal for grilling to your preference and will serve 4 people.

Serving: Serves 4 People based on a 450g serving.

Storage: Minimum shelf life of 9 days. Suitable for home freezing.
