This ham is cured from the very best selected pork legs using a traditional family recipe. De-boned and trimmed to the highest standard, it is then smoked over beechwood using traditional methods and cooked, resulting in succulent yet firm grainy ham with a smoked flavour.
For five generations and over 100 years, the Bearfield family have been producing fine hams and gammons from its premises in London using tried and tested traditional methods to produce excellent quality and taste.
Storage: Minimum shelf life of 21 days. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
