Using a thirty year old recipe, Coln Valley's finest Scottish salmon is naturally smoked in traditional London brick Kilns using the highest quality oak and beech chippings. This process takes about 5 days from smoke to pack, giving a delicious smoked salmon flavouring that is unique to Coln Valley. This banquet pack is long sliced and each layer is interleaved for ease of serving.
