Secure Delivery Service

• Please be advised that this product will be dispatched via a secure service which will require a unique PINCODE for the parcel to be handed over. Neither Costco or delivery personnel have access to this code
• If you have lost or not received the PINCODE, the delivery personnel can resend it whilst on the doorstep (once only to the same mobile/email originally provided).
• Should you be unavailable to accept the parcel on the scheduled delivery date, please visit the carrier’s website to manage your delivery. You may select "change this delivery" and then "change the delivery day" to view alternative delivery dates available
• Please note only up to a maximum of 3 delivery attempts can be made or the parcel will be returned.

• Please note we can only deliver to the UK mainland, excluding Post Office boxes and BFPO.
