Paniza Última Garnacha Edición Limitada, 75cl

In order to craft Paniza Ultima Garnacha the last of the Garnacha Grapes from the harvest are used. These Grapes are from several vineyards and are located at the highest altitudes. This higher altitude means the ripening process is slowed and allows the flavours to mature and develop. 

The label depicts an almost spent pencil which represents that the year’s harvest is almost done and with this bottle the year can close.

Tasting Notes:

Serve between 16°C – 18°C

Vibrant red in colour with cherry and sweet wood notes on the nose with a rich cocoa flavour leading a refined and lengthy palate. 

Pairing Notes:

Pairs well with roasted or grilled red meats or rich vegetable stew.
