The Shark PowerDetect Self-Empty robot vacuum is powered by 3 deep-cleaning technologies that maximise performance by sensing mess level, floor type, edges and corners around the home.

DirtDetect senses dirtier areas with more debris, detecting even hidden dirt, and automatically increases suction, vacuuming in a figure of eight pattern to take multiple passes over the mess. Cleans until no more debris is detected.

EdgeDetect uses blasts of air to pull debris out from edges and corners, into the robot’s cleaning path and FloorDetect senses floor types and optimises performance for carpets and hard floors.

After each clean the Shark PowerDetect will empty itself into its anti-allergen, bagless base. Shark’s Anti-Odour Technology will also ensure any odours are trapped inside the base for a fresher smelling home, making it the ultimate solution for pet hair pick-up and the base can hold up to 60 days’ worth of dirt.
