VOUCHER WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY EMAILED TO THE PRIMARY MEMBER IF A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS IS PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION/UPGRADE. Voucher will be emailed within 72 hours of membership activation for new Executive members and within 7 business days for Executive member upgrades.

For vouchers not received, please contact onlinevouchers@costco.co.uk with your membership number. Valid for primary member only. Voucher is only valid on costco.co.uk, and not redeemable in warehouse. Offer is strictly non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. Product voucher terms and conditions
Vouchers will be issued to the Primary member at the membership desk following successful completion of the Executive membership application. Once received and ready to purchase take the items and present voucher to the cashier.

Costco Travel voucher terms and conditions
Bonus Costco Shopping Voucher is valid on sailings departing from 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2026, booked between 01/09/2025 and 28/09/2025. Executive Members receive a £100 bonus Costco Shopping Voucher and Gold Star Members receive a £75 bonus Costco Shopping Voucher. New bookings only, transferred bookings or onboard bookings do not qualify. To qualify for the £100 bonus Costco Shopping Voucher you must be an Executive Member by 28/09/2025. The bonus Costco Shopping Voucher will be added to the Costco Shopping Voucher total on qualifying bookings by 06/10/2025. Costco Shopping Voucher can be used for purchases in Costco Wholesale warehouses. The value of the Costco Shopping Voucher shown on the website is an approximate amount and the final amount will be based on the final booking price. If guest cancels and reinstates booking outside of the valid booking window offer is no longer valid and will be removed. The Costco Shopping Voucher value will be added to your membership up to two weeks after you return from your holiday. Once the amount has been added to your membership we will notify you via email.
