Sony ULT500 Bluetooth Party Speaker

Powerful, detailed sound co-created with award-winning artists

With crystal-clear sound and 300 watts of floor-shaking power, the ULT TOWER 5 brings the party to life, perfect for garden gatherings, evening events and house party DJ sets. Co-created with award-winning hip-hop sound creators, a large 230mm woofer and dual tweeters deliver music the way it was meant to be heard — with energy, precision and crystal-clear detail.

Hit the button. Feel the bass.

Take control of your music with four distinct sound modes: Deep Bass for resonating depth, Attack Bass for pure drive and energy, Live for the atmosphere of a real venue, and Flat — delivering a pure, neutral sound, ideal for DJs. Create your own custom EQ profile in the Sony | Sound Connect app. And with Sound Field Optimisation automatically adjusting the speaker's sound to its environment and room position, this portable party speaker always sounds exactly as it should.

Light up every beat

An iconic frame of light borders the speaker grill, pulsing and reacting to the beat of your music in real time. Three lighting modes — Beat, Wave and Mellow — let you match the mood of any moment, from peak party energy to something more relaxed. Switch between modes with a single button, or take full creative control of the Bluetooth party speaker via the Sony | Sound Connect app.

Ultimate sound, all day and night

With up to 20 hours of playtime, this portable party speaker keeps the music going all day and night. Stamina mode extends your playtime even further when you need it most, and Quick Charge delivers an additional 100 minutes of playback from just 10 minutes of charging. Plug into mains power for longer events, or use the built-in powerbank to keep your devices charged throughout the night.

Big sound, on the move

At just under 13kg, four handles — one on each corner — make the ULT TOWER 5 easy to carry solo or with a helping hand. Whether you're moving between rooms, loading into a venue, or setting up on a patio, it goes wherever the party takes you. The IPX4 rating makes it the perfect outdoor party speaker, whatever the weather.

Pro inputs. Party speaker.

The ULT TOWER 5 brings professional DJ connectivity to the Sony ULT POWER SOUND range. Connect your DJ mixer via XLR input for a clean, high-quality audio signal, then use the XLR output to daisy-chain multiple ULT TOWER party speakers together, building a professional-grade sound system as large as the occasion demands. The USB-C and RCA inputs add further flexibility, while the mic input supports live vocals and MCing.
