Tasting Notes:
“Lovely bright plum colour, with a vivid violet rim. Broad shouldered and full of confidence, this opens with damson and black cherry fruits. Dauzac is on a roll at the moment, plenty of rich depths through the mid palate, seriously impressive, velvety, packed full of fruit, cocoa bean, cloves and turmeric spice. Heavy bottle.” Score: 95 - Jane Anson, JaneAnson.com, January 2023
Serving Suggestions:
Pairs well with beef, lamb, game and poultry dishes.
