The Daiginjo Sake is the flagship product of the sake brewery.
The Sake Brewery "Koshitsukano Shuzo" founded in Niigatahas has been brewing Sake for about 240 years. The brewery uses home grown yeast, water from the Agano River and Gohyakumangoku rice to make its Sake. It retains its rich & strong taste of Yamada Nishiki rice, which is the most famous rice for sake brewing. This sake has aromas of melon, banana and white flower and has a medium acidity. The sake is full bodied with a long finish.
