The 2023 Kirkland Signature Chablis is a highly-rated white wine from Burgundy, France. It is characterised by vibrant, crisp, and flinty notes of lemon, green apple, pear, and has a chalky minerality. There are flavours of expressive lemon, white nougat and macadamia nuts. It is well-regarded as a high-quality, unoaked Chardonnay, perfect for pairing with shellfish, oysters, crab, lobster or goats cheese.
