Ken Forrester The FMC Chenin Blanc offers a careful selection of up to 10 harvests through the same vineyard, on clovelly soil and bush vines, the bunches are chosen at their peak, naturally fermented in French oak about 50% new and aged for a year in barrel on the lees.

Tasting Notes:

Rich and layered with dried apricot, vanilla and honey. This wine will gain additional complexity with cellaring.

Serving Suggestions:

Great with spicy foods, curries and seafood.
