With a recent name change to represent the latest generation, Joseph Pascal works alongside his parents to produce wines from the 15 hectares of vines. Located in Puligny Montrachet, the vines have an average age of 44 years, planted on clay-limestone soil. This wine is 100% Chardonnay and was barrel fermented in casks from four local tonnelleries; Berthomieu, Montgillard, Meyrieux and Rousseau. Ageing is in cask on the fine lees for twelve months followed by 3-4 months in stainless steel vats.

A bright golden colour, this wine combines richness with vivacity balancing honeyed and fine acidity.
