Product Details

Located in the municipality of Chassela, the vines date back to the 1980s. Planted on shallow clay-limestone soil with granite veins, they experience south-south-east exposure with good ventilation. This wine is 100% Chardonnay, and has a potential to age 3 - 6 years,

Tasting Notes:

Bright yellow in colour, with green tinges throughout. Citrus aromas of grapefruit and lemon, with hints of fennel. Fresh on the palate with good length and aromatic amplitude.

Serving Suggestions:

Pairs well with cooked shellfish, veal and vegetarian dishes.
