Product Details

Pavillon Rouge is the second wine of Château Margaux, produced from specific vineyard parcels or younger vines that are not selected for the Grand Vin. Although more approachable in its youth, it reflects the same terroir and careful vineyard management as the main estate wine.

Tasting Notes:

Fragrant aromas of red berries, cherry and floral notes lead into a supple and well-balanced palate. The wine shows silky tannins, lively fruit and good structure, finishing with freshness and elegance typical of the Margaux style.

Serving Suggestions:

Pairs elegantly with classic meat dishes such as lamb or venison. Its refined structure also complements vegetarian options like mushroom risotto or medium aged cheeses.
