Faustino Rivero Ulecia Utiel Requena Reserva, 75cl

Faustino Rivero Ulecia Reserva is a well-balanced, full-bodied and intense wine from the product of Spain crafted via a century-old winemaking tradition. The vineyards are located around 700 metres above sea level with Mediterranean-continental weather. The soil has a frank texture showing a balance between sands, clays and silt. The grapes are destemmed and partially squeezed, with a high proportion of whole berries, in daily remounts. There is controlled fermentation at temperatures between 23 and 28ºC with selected yeasts and autochthonous and each variety is vinified separately.

Tasting Notes:

Ruby colour with violaceous and reddish hints. Notes of ripe fruit, black plum and nuances of toast. With good body, velvety and round.
