Château Cheval Blanc is one of the leading estates of Saint-Émilion and historically held the top rank of Premier Grand Cru Classé “A”. Its vineyards occupy an unusual combination of gravel and clay soils, allowing both Merlot and Cabernet Franc to thrive. This distinctive terroir contributes to wines known for aromatic complexity, finesse and remarkable longevity.

Tasting Notes:

The nose reveals dark berries, plum and floral accents with subtle graphite undertones. On the palate the wine is rich yet precise, combining depth of fruit with smooth, integrated tannins. The finish is long and elegant, indicating significant ageing potential.
