Chateau Cap D'or St Georges Saint Emilion 2018 is grown on a total surface of 19 hectares. The south-facing vines are planted in perfect alignment, running right up to the stone walls that surround them. The chalky, clay soil and controlled deliberate grass growth encouraged the 2018 yield blend of 86% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc and 6% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tasting Notes:

Rich red fruits, blackberries, raspberries with a touch of chocolate. A natural oaky blend with a spicy nose.

Serving Suggestions:

Pairs well with beef, lamb and poultry dishes.
