Product Details

Based in Pommard with a few vines in Beaune, Mersault and Vonay, this certified organic estate stretches across 8 hectares. Owned by the fifth generation, Joannes has quickly become renowned for his wines. Pioneering the use of small ceramic spheres for vinification instead of traditional oak barrels. 100% pinot noir, the vines are planted on a limestone and clay, deep soil and have an average age of 45 years.
