Product Details

Covering 55 hectares, Château Palmer, based in Cantenac, is planted with 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 47% Merlot and 6% Petit Verdot. The vines, some of which are over 70 years old, sit on sandy, gravelly soil which overlooks the Gironde estuary. This wine is a blend of 48% Merlot, 48% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Petit Verdot.

“Depth, and nuance, with striking liquorice, crayon, cigar box and dark chocolate from the first moment. Combines grip and freshness, understated power, serious yet vivid character to its blue and black fruits, with mint leaf, spiced red pepper, pomegranate, incense and tobacco leaf.
