Owned by Philippe Cuvelier, Chateau Pouheaux spreads across an area of 68 hectares. The soil consists of Graves garonnaises de Günz.with an average vine age of 35 years. This wine is a blend of 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet franc.

Packed with pure dark fruits, notes of black tea and wood smoke carry through to the nicely layered palate, with fresh berry flavours and silky tannins.
