The Cattier family’s aspiration during a New Year’s celebration was to create the very best prestige cuvée for the 21st century, while still capturing the essence of the rich traditions of winemaking in Champagne. Armand de Brignac Gold Brut was the first cuvée introduced to the portfolio, the mastery of blending vintages, terroirs and grape varieties is at the core of Armand de Brignac’s philosophy.

Tasting Notes:

Aromas of peach, apricot and red berries fill the nose with hints of crystalized citrus, orange blossom and notes of brioche. Cherries, exotic fruits on the palate, are rich with a touch of lemon, vanilla and honey. Soft and creamy, with a hint of toastiness.

Pairing Suggestions:

Pairs well with freshwater fish, seared scallops or roasted quail.
