The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow, 70cl

Established in 1824, The Macallan was one of the first legally licensed distillers in Scotland. Since then, it has built a reputation as one of the most admired single malt whiskies in the world. With an obsession for quality of natural ingredients and timber, combined with traditional methods and craftsmanship, The Macallan is beloved by collectors and connoisseurs over the world.

Inspired by the natural Scottish Grasslands, Amber Meadow is the third release in The Macallan Harmony Collection, in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney. Using a combination of both sherry seasoned oak and bourbon casks, this debut joint venture combines creative talents to celebrate their profound memories of summer days in amber fields in the countryside of Scotland.

Tasting Notes:

Rich orange on the nose with notes of lemon and honeysuckle. Hints of vanilla and coconut combine with ripe barley fields. On the palate, rich oak with fruit hints of lemon and melon. Flavours of classic scone, almond and green tea are followed by a rich and sweet finish, thats long and complex.
