The ice cream banana is a product of two hybrid species known as the Musa acuminata and Musa balbisiana. The ice cream banana trees come from both of these and have a gooey yet rich vanilla custard taste.

- 25ml Bullion Java Banana

- 25ml Vanilla Ice Cream

- 6 Ice Cubes

Place all ingredients into a blender with ice and blend vigorously. Pour into a tumbler glass over fresh ice and garnish with a pineapple leaf or slice of fresh banana.
