The Bresser Classic 60/900 AZ Refractor Telescope is a perfect introduction into the fascinating world of astronomy. The moon takes on a whole new dimension when you use the Bresser Classic Refractor Telescope to explore the extraordinary peaks and valleys which are not visible with the naked eye. Take a look at Jupiter – normally a bright but otherwise unremarkable object in the southern sky. A closer inspection will reveal it has its own moons. Swing the telescope towards Saturn and you might be able to make out the famous rings!
Owners of the Bresser Classic Refractor Telescope look forward to dark and clear night skies, but in the daytime, they can use the telescope for daytime terrestrial viewing – distant wildlife across the fields, maybe a boat on the horizon or a close-up of a building that you can only just make out with the naked eye.
Packed with accessories, the Bresser Classic Refractor Telescope comes with a range of eyepieces giving magnifications of 45x right through to 388x. A clever diagonal mirror allows you to view terrestrial objects the ‘right way up’, (with all telescopes, when looking at stars, the images are reversed, due to the optics). There’s a folding tripod with and accessory tray for storing the spare lenses and there’s some astronomy computer software which can help guide you through the cosmos.
All too often, once an object is spotted, it can take a long time to point a telescope at the exact location. However, the Bresser Classic includes an LED finderscope, which speeds up the process dramatically.
Last, but not least, the Bresser Classic includes a handy smartphone holder which allows users to take still pictures or videos to keep or share with others.

Solar Warning: Never look directly at the sun with the naked eye or with an optic (unless you have the correct solar filter). Permanent and irreversible eye damage may result of this. Never use your optic to project an image of the sun onto any surface. Internal heat build-up can damage the optic and any accessories attached to it. Never leave your optic unsupervised and make sure an adult who is familiar with the correct operating procedures is with your optic at all times, especially when children are present.
