An included exercise chart - designed by a certified personal trainer - teaches new exercises and illustrates proper form so you can avoid injury. The Carbon Strength Power Rack XL also allows you to prioritize your safety with adjustable spotting arms and upgraded J-hooks with plastic bushing.
