Ab Station

The Unique Abdominal Station features a commercial quality Ab Crunch station built right into its head pad. It allows you to grab the grip handles attached to the head pad and place the head pad against the lower part of your head before you start curling your body forward. You can also rotate your hips to the side and work those low obliques. Kneeling Abdominal Crunch is now also possible from either side of the machine and to train your Golf or Baseball Swing, holding the strap with both hands as if you were having a golf club or a Baseball Bat. 

Isolated Lateral Training

Iso-lateral capability means that you can train one side of the body at a time. Alternating your movements brings the Inspire M3 a new dimension to the fantastic traditional & free-weight & functional training capabilities already included in the Inspire M2. It means that the left & right sides of the press arms and the Dual High Pulley System can move both at once and individually. All adjustments can be made whilst seated. It allows alternating arms for Chest Press, alternating inclined Chest Press and seated alternating Shoulder Press. In addition, you can sit facing the machine for alternating mid-row using the Press Arms in a backward position that you can adjust depending on your arm's length. 

Pulley System

The new dual high pulley system comes with strap handles. The advantage compared to the Lat Bar on the M2 is that now you can pull through the level of your head and have a good contraction in your back. It also allows alternating High Pulley Biceps or alternating High Row. The pulley of each side is on a swivel and works on a 50% resistance, so you can also use them for Iso-lateral exercises from the side of the machine. You then have more space for iso-lateral exercises, such as triceps pushdown and triceps kickback, as they can now be performed from the side of the machine and not from the front of the machine. 

Back Pad

The Back Pad has a double adjustment, bringing forward or backward the backrest support frame, thanks to a quick spring-loaded adjustment and then changing the angle of the Back Pad. This allows users from any height and arm length to use the machine as if it's tailored made for them.
