An all-in-one training bench, plyo platform and equipment storage speeds up transitions and enhances safety too, keeping equipment neatly to hand. Fitted with six levels of incline: 0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 80° to allow you to intensify your workouts.
Storage and Accessability
The rack shelving has integrated covers for dumbbell protection and stores up to six pairs of dumbbells. The three shelves and quick release compartment stores kettlebells, resistance tubes or med balls. Hooks are fitted for resistance bands and power or resistance tubes.
Steel Construction
Using the same steel construction, STRONGBOX has been made with long-term strength and performance. Ergonomically designed octagon-shaped back pads allow clearance for exercises while your back remains supported.
