The Altrafit Power Bag is designed with a multi-grip handle system – neutral, horizontal, vertical and end handles to support carries, rows, lunges, presses and rotational movements. It has controlled instability through a small internal “movement chamber” that creates a shifting-load effect without making the bag unpredictable or awkward.
