The AeroPilates reformer is an approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improves body shape and posture; builds strength, increasing flexibility and graceful movement. The reformer can help correct postural imbalances and target weaknesses, transforming how you move, look and feel. Replacing some 27 pieces of gym equipment a workout can be as quick as 20 minutes. The reformer can also be folded in seconds for storage and has wheels for moving it.

This reformer features the Cardio Rebounder - a vertical trampoline providing a cardiovascular workout without jarring your joints; and a foot bar for performing traditional Pilates exercises. Features patented Cardio Rebounder - a vertical trampoline for ultra-low impact cardio.
