GR3

The micro-adjustable tension control knob provides smooth, precise resistance changes. The GR3 incorporates a friction brake, dual-sided pedals with toe cages, plus transport wheels and a water bottle holder. Three-position handlebars feature an integrated heart rate monitor to help you maintain and ideal level of effort for your workout

GR Console

The LCD console offers real-time feedback and a variety of workout programs, plus unique Glow Ride lighting system that lead riders through three different phases of riding to simulate road cycling. The console displays time, distance, calories, heart rate, RPM, speed and battery feedback. It includes HIIT, speed interval and heart rate interval training programs and is compatible with Polar wireless heart rate technology.
