Virgin Experience Days Recording Studio Taster Session For One Person (10 Years +)

What a fabulous way to spend your morning or afternoon recording a track as you show off your singing talent at a choice of three locations.

With this experience you will get a taste of what it’s like to be in the music industry, you’ll enter the studio, meet your producer and get to work. You can choose a song from a huge library of backing tracks and using the best studio equipment available, you will start singing and recording. The friendly, helpful engineers and staff will be on hand to help you throughout your recording which you will take home on a cd.

What happens on the day?

This really is taking Karaoke to the ultimate level. You will make your own track in a real recording studio and have a recording to remind you of the experience forever.

After choosing your backing track from the library, a professional engineer will record one or more takes of your performance, filter it if required and lay it down via a mixing desk onto a master CD which will be yours to take away with you.

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age: 10 (under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult)
• Spectators are welcome
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to location

Availability

Selected weekday evenings and weekends depending on location chosen.

We recommend you book 6 to 12 weeks in advance (depending on location) to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher.  All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow approximately 1 hour 30 minutes for the full experience.

What should I wear?

You are advised to dress comfortably.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
