The Rock Grill Pan & Griddle Set gives a great performance thanks to it's patent-pending RockTec surface treatment. This patent-pending technology uses tiny steel pellets to harden the aluminium creating a rock-like finish with peaks and hollows on the surface of the pan. The result is outstanding release performance and superior scratch resistance. The extra thick forged aluminium base gives you everything you need for optimum heat distribution while still being easy to use. The riveted stainless-steel handles stay cool on the stovetop and are oven safe up to broil, giving the utmost flexibility from the stovetop, including induction, to the oven, to the table, to the dishwasher. This 2 piece set meets the needs of every cooking style: grilled steak, seafood, veggies, fruits such as pineapples for desserts and breakfast meals such as sausages, pancakes, bacon, eggs and potatoes.
