The highly polished 18/8 food grade cooking surface won't react with your food, giving you peace of mind whilst cooking your favourite dishes. The cladded 3-layer metal construction ensures outstanding performance and durability. The Wok is suitable for gas, induction, electrical, glass, ceramics and Halogen cookers. The flat bottom Wok is oven-safe up to 300°C giving you a variety of cooking options making this a versatile piece of kit for your kitchen. The MIU stainless steel Wok is also dishwasher safe and easy to clean. The wide and deep design is suitable for stir-frying, boiling, searing, sautéing and braising. A stainless steel spatula is also included with this Wok.
