Weider Mushroom Complex includes the ingredient MycoMIX®ACTIV a blend of mushrooms used in traditional medicine for over two thousand years: Reishi (Ganoderma Lucidum), Cordyceps (Cordyceps Sinensis), Shiitake (Lentinula Edodes), Maitake (Grifola Frondosa) and Agaricus blazei. To create a complete formula, Weider have added vitamin C which contributes to the formation of collagen for the normal functioning of blood vessels, the immune system and psychological function.
