Trip Mindful Blends Mixed Pack offers 4 delicious flavours which combine sparkling water, fruit juice from concentrate, botanical extracts and magnesium citrate.The lightly sparkling drinks contain a blend of 120mg magnesium and 100mg lion's mane. The Mindful Blends combine ashwagandha and l-theanine, helping you relax into your best self. Other minerals include chamomile which has soothing properties and ginseng which is the root of plants in the genus Panax. Rich in antioxidants, ginseng has been used as a herbal remedy in Chinese medicine for centuries.
