Lightly roasted to perfection in our Yorkshire factory, resulting in a uniquely intense well-balanced coffee with tasting notes of Cocoa, Brown Sugar, and Roasted Hazelnuts. To get the most out of this award winning coffee we recommend a 16g double shot extracted over a 23-27 second period via 60ml of water either via a traditonal or bean to cup machine.
